Lauki Tamatar

Ingredients:

  1. Lauki medium chopped      : 2 Bowl
  2. Tomato chopped                  : 1
  3. Oil                                          : 1 tbsp
  4. Hing                                       : 1 pinch
  5. Mustard Seeds                     : 1/4 tsp
  6. Cumin Seeds                         : 1/4 tsp
  7. Red Chili Powder                  : 1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander Powder                : 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric Powder                 : 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt                                         : to taste
  11. Coriander Leaves chopped : 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.Add hing, mustard seeds and cumin seeds.When they began to change the colour,Add tomato.
  2. Add all the masalas.
  3. Stir it for 2 minutes and add Lauki.
  4. Dont add water.
  5. Cover it for 10- 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with chapati and parantha.

Note:

You can add masalas and tomato in the end too.

  3. Cover it for 10- 15 minutes.
  4. Add rest masalas and add tomato.
  5. Cover it for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
  6. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with chapati and parantha.
