Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
- Bhujia Sev : 1 small bowl
- Chopped Tomato: 1 big
- Red Chili Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- Coriander Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Cream/Malayi: 2-3 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander Leaves : 1/2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds.
- Add tomato .Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Add all the masalas.
- Add sev now.
- Saute it for 1 minute.
- Add cream now and stir it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with chapati or parantha.
Note:
If you dont like malayi you can try Sev Tamatar. Just add water instead of cream.
Sometimes you can try it with curryleaves/ Meetha neem patta.Add curry patta after step 1.
