Malayi Sev

Ingredients:

  1. Oil: 1 tbsp
  2. Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
  3. Bhujia Sev : 1 small bowl
  4. Chopped Tomato: 1 big
  5. Red Chili Powder : 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt :  to taste
  8. Coriander Powder : 1/2 tsp
  9. Cream/Malayi: 2-3 tbsp
  10. Chopped Coriander Leaves : 1/2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds.
  2. Add tomato .Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.
  3. Add all the masalas.
  4. Add sev now.
  5. Saute it for 1 minute.
  6. Add cream now and stir it for 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with chapati or parantha.

Note:

If you dont like malayi you can try Sev Tamatar. Just add water instead of cream.

Sometimes you can try it with curryleaves/ Meetha neem patta.Add curry patta after step 1.
