Masala Idly

Ingredients:

  1. Curry Leaves: 5-10
  2. Green Chilli slitted: 5-6
  3. Mustard Seeds:1 tsp
  4. Idly:6-7
  5. Salt: to taste
  6. Corinader Leaves chopped:1 tbsp
  7. Jeeravad Powder/Chat Masala: to taste
  8. Roasted Sesame Seeds:to taste

Method:

  1. Cut Idly into 4 pieces.
  2. Put Jeeravad masala and salt on that.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.Add curry leaves and mustard seeds.
  4. When it start to crackle add Green Chilies.When it start changing the colour add idly into it.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Try to avoid Spoon while mixing.
  7. Garnish it with coriander leaves and roasted sesame seeds.
  8. Serve hot with Tamrind and Dhania Chutny.
