Time : 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- Curry Leaves: 5-10
- Green Chilli slitted: 5-6
- Mustard Seeds:1 tsp
- Idly:6-7
- Salt: to taste
- Corinader Leaves chopped:1 tbsp
- Jeeravad Powder/Chat Masala: to taste
- Roasted Sesame Seeds:to taste
Method:
- Cut Idly into 4 pieces.
- Put Jeeravad masala and salt on that.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add curry leaves and mustard seeds.
- When it start to crackle add Green Chilies.When it start changing the colour add idly into it.
- Mix it well.
- Try to avoid Spoon while mixing.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and roasted sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with Tamrind and Dhania Chutny.
