Matar ka Parantha

For Dough:

  1. Wheat flour: 1 bowl
  2. Salt: to taste

For Filling:

  1. Matar : 1 bowl
  2. Sattu ka aata: 1 tbsp
  3. Hing: 1 pich
  4. Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt: to taste
  6. Green chilli: 1
  7. Ginger: 1 inch
  8. Sattu ka aata : 2 tbsp
  9. Saunf Powder: 1 1/2 tsp
  10. Dry Mango Powder: 1/4 tsp
  11. Ghee/Butter : for frying

Method:

  1. For Dough: Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth dough.
  2. For Filling: Make the paste of Green Chili, Ginger and Matar without water.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Make small small chapaties and stuff the Filling Material into that.
  5. Roast it on medium flame with butter/ ghee.
  6. Serve it hot with Coriander chutny/ curd / sauce.
