For Dough:
- Wheat flour: 1 bowl
- Salt: to taste
For Filling:
- Matar : 1 bowl
- Sattu ka aata: 1 tbsp
- Hing: 1 pich
- Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Green chilli: 1
- Ginger: 1 inch
- Sattu ka aata : 2 tbsp
- Saunf Powder: 1 1/2 tsp
- Dry Mango Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Ghee/Butter : for frying
Method:
- For Dough: Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth dough.
- For Filling: Make the paste of Green Chili, Ginger and Matar without water.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Make small small chapaties and stuff the Filling Material into that.
- Roast it on medium flame with butter/ ghee.
- Serve it hot with Coriander chutny/ curd / sauce.
