Servings: 2
Ingredients:
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Ghee: 1 tbsp
- Matar: 1 cup
- Kasoori Methi: 1 1/2 tsp
- Onion: 1 large
- Green Chili: 2-3
- Garlic: 5-6 cloves
- Tamoto: 2-3
- Paneer meshed: 3/4 cup
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder: 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves : 1tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.Add onions , fry it for 2-3 minutes.
- Let it cool and the make a paste of it.
- Again Heat oil in a pan and add kasoori methi then onion paste .
- Make paste of Tamoto + green chili +garlic.
- Add red chili powder + salt+ turmeric powder.
- Add matar.Stir it for 5- 10 minutes.
- Add paneer. You can add milk for consistency.
- Cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
P.S. – You can use cream also for garnishing.
