Matar Paneer Keema

Ingredients:

  1. Oil: 2 tbsp
  2. Ghee: 1 tbsp
  3. Matar: 1 cup
  4. Kasoori Methi: 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Onion: 1 large
  6. Green Chili: 2-3
  7. Garlic: 5-6 cloves
  8. Tamoto: 2-3
  9. Paneer meshed: 3/4 cup
  10. Milk: 1/2 cup
  11. Red chili powder: 1 1/2 tsp
  12. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
  13. Salt: to taste
  14. Chopped coriander leaves :  1tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.Add onions , fry it for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Let it cool and the make a paste of it.
  3. Again Heat oil in a pan and add kasoori methi then onion paste .
  4. Make paste of Tamoto + green chili +garlic.
  5. Add red chili powder + salt+ turmeric powder.
  6. Add matar.Stir it for 5- 10 minutes.
  7. Add paneer. You can add milk for consistency.
  8. Cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

P.S. – You can use cream also for garnishing.
