Ingredients:
- Maida : 1/2 kg
- Curd : 2 tbsp
- Oil : for frying
- Salt : to taste
- Ajwaiyn : 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Make the dough.
- Make any shape of mathris and keep it for 1/2 an hour.
- Heat the oil on high flame and then keep it on medium and add the mathris.And fry it on low flame.
- Deep fry them.
- Keep it for cooling and then store it in a air tight container.
