Mathri

Ingredients:

  1. Maida : 1/2 kg
  2. Curd : 2 tbsp
  3. Oil : for frying
  4. Salt : to taste
  5. Ajwaiyn : 1 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Make the dough.
  3. Make any shape of mathris and keep it for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Heat the oil on high flame and then keep it on medium and add the mathris.And fry it on low flame.
  5. Deep fry them.
  6. Keep it for cooling and then store it in a air tight container.
