Mawa ke Ladoo

Ingredients :

  1. Mawa : 1 cup
  2. Ghee : 1 tbsp
  3. Saffron : 5-6 flakes
  4. Cardamom Powder : 1/4 tsp
  5. Drynuts : 1/4 cup finely crushed
  6. Bura : 1 cup

Method :

  1. Take mawa, grate it. Add ghee in it and roast it till light almonaish colour.
  2. Take it down add saffron cardamom, drynuts.
  3. Add sugar and mix it together. Make small balls out of it.
  4. Keep it aside and cool it.
