Time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Moong: 2 tbsp
- Masoor Dal: 1 tbsp
- ChoppedGreen Chili: 1
- Garlic: 4-5 cloves
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Hing: 1 pinch
- Salt: to taste
- Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice: 1/2 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves: 1 tsp
Method:
- Soak dal in water for almost 10-15 minutes.
- Put it in pressure cooker and boil it with Salt, green chili and turmeric And a little bit of Oil.
- Boil it and keep it aside.
- For tadka,Heat oil in a pan add hing , cumin seeds …add red chili powder with water.
- Add shredded garlic. Cook it for few minutes.
- Add tadka into dal and cook it for 5-10 minutes.
- Add lemon juice into it.
- Garnish it with corinader leaves.
- Serve it hot with butter and paranthas or rice.
Note:
If you like currypatta, you can add that too in tadka.
