Ingredients:
- Papaya roughly chopped: 3 cup
- Milk: 2 cup
- Honey: 2 tbsp
- Mint Leaves roughly chopped: 25-30
- Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
- Sugar: 2 tbsp
- Soaked Almond Shredded : 10
- Cashew-nuts chopped: 5-8
Method:
- Keep 1 tsp honey separate for garnishing.
- Put all the ingredients except nuts in mixer and grind it.
- Take 1 glass and keep it in fridger for 40 secs.
- Put 1/4 tsp honey in it.
- Pour the shake in it.
- Garnish it with nuts.
Note: Use frozen papaya for shakes.It will give you the better result.
For Frozen papaya, cut the papaya in cubes and keep it in fridger for 20 minutes.
Tutti Frutti can also be used for garnishing.
Always use good quantity of nuts in every milk shake.
If you like honey taste then replace sugar with honey in this recipe.
