Ingredients:

  1. Wheat Flour : 1 1/2 cup
  2. Salt : 1/4 tsp
  3. Luke Warm Water : 1 cup
  4. Oil/Ghee : 3-4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take flour in a bowl add salt.
  2. Take luke warm water and add it slowly.
  3. Mix it well.
  4. And make the dough of it.
  5. Cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it for minimum 15 minutes.
  6. Take 1 tbsp flour in a plate.
  7. Make 6 balls of the whole dough.
  8. Take 1 ball and cover it with dry flour and press it with the help of Belan.
  9. Make at least of your plam size.
  10. Apply oil/ghee on the disk.
  11. Now half fold it in such a way it should come in a semi circle shape.
  12. Again apply ghee/oil and half fold it.Now it will be in traingle shape.
  13. Apply some dry flour and again start pressing with the help of belan.
  14. Make sure it should be in proper thickness from corners and all.
  15. Now heat the tawa and wait until it become hot, put the parantha.
  16. When bubbles start coming turn it over.
  17. Now apply some ghee/oil and again turn it.
  18. Apply 1 more time oil/ghee.
  19. Roast it properly.
  20. Serve it hot with currys/vegs/ chutnys.

Note:

You can add kasoori methi/Ajwaiyn/Pudina Leaves chopped/sesame seeds/chat masala and make different different paranthas.
