Ingredients:
- Wheat Flour : 1 1/2 cup
- Salt : 1/4 tsp
- Luke Warm Water : 1 cup
- Oil/Ghee : 3-4 tbsp
Method:
- Take flour in a bowl add salt.
- Take luke warm water and add it slowly.
- Mix it well.
- And make the dough of it.
- Cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it for minimum 15 minutes.
- Take 1 tbsp flour in a plate.
- Make 6 balls of the whole dough.
- Take 1 ball and cover it with dry flour and press it with the help of Belan.
- Make at least of your plam size.
- Apply oil/ghee on the disk.
- Now half fold it in such a way it should come in a semi circle shape.
- Again apply ghee/oil and half fold it.Now it will be in traingle shape.
- Apply some dry flour and again start pressing with the help of belan.
- Make sure it should be in proper thickness from corners and all.
- Now heat the tawa and wait until it become hot, put the parantha.
- When bubbles start coming turn it over.
- Now apply some ghee/oil and again turn it.
- Apply 1 more time oil/ghee.
- Roast it properly.
- Serve it hot with currys/vegs/ chutnys.
Note:
You can add kasoori methi/Ajwaiyn/Pudina Leaves chopped/sesame seeds/chat masala and make different different paranthas.
