Ingredients:
- Dosa Rice : 2 cup
- Urad Dal : 3/4 cup
- Sabudana : 3/4 Cup
- Methi Seeds : 1tbsp
- Cooked Rice : 1 cup
Method:
- Soak all the items together except cooked rice in the morning.
- Make a paste of all with cooked rice.(after 6 hours)
- Again keep the paste for whole night.
- Next day morning mix it well and add salt in that.
- Apply oil with onion on tava and spread the batter.
- Cover it with lead.
- And roast it on low flame.
Note:
If you want to make it for Saturday Break Fast- start the process by Friday Morning.
