Plain Dosa

Ingredients:

  1. Dosa Rice : 2 cup
  2. Urad Dal : 3/4 cup
  3. Sabudana : 3/4 Cup
  4. Methi Seeds : 1tbsp
  5. Cooked Rice : 1 cup

Method:

  1. Soak all the items together except cooked rice in the morning.
  2. Make a paste of all with cooked rice.(after 6 hours)
  3. Again keep the paste for whole night.
  4. Next day morning mix it well and add salt in that.
  5. Apply oil with onion on tava and spread the batter.
  6. Cover it with lead.
  7. And roast it on low flame.

Note:

If you want to make it for Saturday Break Fast- start the process by Friday Morning.
