Ingredients:
- Mix Dal : 2 tbsp
- Onion Chopped : 1 medium
- Salt : to taste
- Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
- Oil/ghee : 1 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves : 1/4 tsp
- Lemon : 2-3 drop
- Hing : 1 pinch
- Cumin seeds : 1/4 tsp
- GInger grated : 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Soak dal for 15–20 minutes.
- Boil in in cooker with turmeric powder, salt and little bit of oil.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add hing, cumin seeds and then add chopped onion.
- Saute it for 5 minutes.
- Add grated ginger into it.
- Add red chili powder and add this tadka into boiled dal.
- Boil it for 5-10 minutes.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with paranthas or poori.
