Ingredients :
- Milk : 1 kg
- Samvat Rice : 1/2 cup
- Makhane : 1 cup
- Ghee : 1 tbsp
- Saffron : 5-6 flakes
- Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
Method :
- Roast makhane a little so that they become dry and cut them in pieces.
- Boil milk in a pan.
- Now put samvat rice in it when it becomes little soft, add makhane to it.
- Add sugar and stir continuously.
- Garnish it with saffron and cardamom powder.
