Ingredients :
- Ghee : 1 tbsp
- Jeera : 1/4 tsp
- Whole Red Chili : 1
- Peanuts : 1/2 cup
- Potatoes : 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Samvat Rice : 1/2 cup
- Salt : 1 tsp
- Pepper / Red Chili Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Green Chili : 2 tsp finely chopped
- Coriander Leaves : 1 tsp finely chopped
Method :
- Take a cooker. Put ghee in it.
- Put jeera, whole red chili and peanuts. Roast it till peanuts become light brown now add potatoes and mix it for a minute.
- Add Samvat rice, red chili powder/pepper powder, salt, green chili and 2 glass of water.
- Give 1 pressure and garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with curd.
