Ingredients:
- Milk : 8 cup
- Sugar : 1/2 cup
- Pista flakes : 1 tbsp
- Saffron : 10-12
- Essence: as you wish (Rose/Vanila/Kewra)
- Lemon: 2
Method:
- Boil the milk.
- Take saffron in a bowl and add 1 tsp of milk(Hot/Luke Warm).
- Take the lemon and add it into rest milk slowly.
- Take 1 cotton cloth and make the paneer of it.
- Keep this panner for cooling outside only.
- Mesh this paneer with hand and add the sugar.
- We can use mixer grinder too for mixing.
- Make small small balls of it and all saffron syrup in the center.
- Add pista flakes on top of it.
- We can use Almonds too for garnishing.
