Ingredients:
- Gram flour / Sattu / Roasted Channa : 1/2 Kg
- Sugar Powder : 2 Medium Bowl
- Ghee : 2 Medium Bowl
- Pista Katran : 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat Ghee in a pan.Add Gram Flour into that, roast it until the colour changes.
- Pour it into a plate and let it cool.
- Add Sugar Powder and Pista Katran and then make the balls of Lemon size.
Note:
- While making the balls/ ladoos if you find any difficulty, you can add more ghee (Melted ghee) into that.
- Do not add hot ghee and sugar together.
- To get good color, you can add saffron too.
