Ingredients :
- Big Bread slice : 6-7
- Ghee : For frying
- Milk : 1 kg
- CornFlour : 2 tbsp
- Sugar : 12 tbsp
- Saffron : 5-6 flakes
- Cardamom Powder : a pinch
- Drynuts : 2 tbsp
- Coloured pethas : 2 tbsp
- Mawa : 1 cup
Method :
- Cut the edges of bread slices and cut it in small pieces.
- Deep fry the bread pieces till light brown.
- Keep it in a thali.
- Grease a pan. Put milk in it. Add saffron and Cardamom and put it on a gas.
- Take 1/4 cup milk and put corn flour in it. Mix it well.
- When milk get reduced with 1/4 of quantity put corn flour mixture in it. Put sugar, mawa in it. Mix it well.
- Put this mixture over bread. Let it cool for some time.
- Garnish it with tooti fruti, drynuts and fruits etc.
- Cover it and keep it in fridge for 2 hrs and serve it chilled.
