Ingredients:
- Turai: Cut it in strips 2 bowls
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder : 3/4 tsp
- Dry Mango Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Mustard Seeds: 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida/Hing: 1 pinch
- Cumin Seeds: 1/4 tsp
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Chopped Coriander Leaves: 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat the Oil in a pan.
- Add hing…after 2-3 secs add Mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Add Turai.Sprinkle Turmeric Powder and salt.Cover it and leave it on low flame for 15 mins.
- Add all the remaining masalas.
- Garnish it with Chopped Coriander Leaves and serve it hot with chapaties.
Note:
You can make it for fast too just replace the normal salt with sainda namak.
