Veg Poha

Ingredients:

  1. Poha: 2 big bowl
  2. Aloo: 1 Medium
  3. Onion chopped: 1 big
  4. Green chili chopped: 3
  5. Curry Leaves: 8-10
  6. Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
  7. Coriander Leaves Chopped: 1 tbsp
  8. Groundnuts: 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
  10. Salt: to taste
  11. Lemon: 1

Method:

  1. Soak Poha in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut potato in small pieces.
  3. Roast ground nuts in a pan.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.Add curry leaves and mustard seeds.
  5. Add Green chili,when it start to change the colour add onion and Potato.
  6. Cover it for 5-1o minutes and cook it on low flame.
  7. Add turmeric Powder and salt to poha.
  8. Add Poha into the Pan.
  9. Mix it well.
  10. Add Lemon juice and roasted Groundnuts.
  11. Garnish it with corinader leaves.You can use raw onion(chopped) for garnishing too.
  12. Serve hot with namkeen.
