Ingredients:
- Poha: 2 big bowl
- Aloo: 1 Medium
- Onion chopped: 1 big
- Green chili chopped: 3
- Curry Leaves: 8-10
- Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves Chopped: 1 tbsp
- Groundnuts: 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Lemon: 1
Method:
- Soak Poha in water for 15 minutes.
- Cut potato in small pieces.
- Roast ground nuts in a pan.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add curry leaves and mustard seeds.
- Add Green chili,when it start to change the colour add onion and Potato.
- Cover it for 5-1o minutes and cook it on low flame.
- Add turmeric Powder and salt to poha.
- Add Poha into the Pan.
- Mix it well.
- Add Lemon juice and roasted Groundnuts.
- Garnish it with corinader leaves.You can use raw onion(chopped) for garnishing too.
- Serve hot with namkeen.
